This cuvee is named after the Hacquet siblings who were making wine in Anjou without additions since the 1950s. It sum's up natural wine for a lot of people – wild, but pure and compellingly drinkable. Rich & racy with a slight effervescence and minerality. Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites.
