The Valtellina Superiore Jazpemi by Barbacan is a Nebbiolo that shows complexity and a classic elegance that we expected. The wine see's a year in barrel before bottling with minimal intervention. It's bold, warm and has fairly smooth tannins and nice acidity. Decant while you cook and it'll be great for dinner or whatever else you're doing late at night.
