ARC is James & Jessica Audas' wine label established in 2017. Deciding to leave their previous life working restaurant floors, the two now work the land with their permaculture farm in West Gippsland. The fruit is farmed by James and Jessica at the Wild Dog Vineyard in Warragul. This is truly small batch winemaking with only 60 dozen produced. Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon held on skins for two weeks before pressing. Notes of passionfruit and orange blossom with zingy acidity and some lovely grip. Unfined, unfiltered & vegan friendly.
