The trio of Peter Dredge, Joe Holyman and Mike Bennie were brought into the  biodynamic wonderland of Keeler Estate (nearly two decades certified, un-irrigated, no sprays at all, set between regenerated oak savannah and wetlands) to make some wine. Brian is that wine.

This Gris sat on skins for a couple months, raised in old barrels on lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered, which gives heaps of fresh, chewy and chalky texture and lots of juicy, savoury stone fruit flavour.
