With amazing mineral intensity, Chablis Grand Cru Preuses displays the Chablis style at its purest; very elegant and sophisticated yet very powerful - it is, with Les Clos, my favourite Chablis terroir. A wine of great aging potential, I am glad Sebastien was able to find a parcel in Preuses, his hard work in the vines and his gifted winemaking combined with this titanic terroir is something I have been hoping he would be able to deliver for some time.
