Cuvée No.3 NV

Yarra Valley Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merbein Vermentino rich, textured, golden delicious apples, honeycomb, croissants. Pale with a light mousse, the nose shows restrained fruit of honeyed melon sitting above a yeasty/toasty base. Super rich and textured palate with hints of pears, apples and melons and a very large ‘honey on toast’ mid-palate and a slightly phenolic finish.
