Dagamo is the most prestigious wine from the label. It's made from the oldest parcel of vines on the farm, which are 100% Barbera. A patient three month maceration on skins in terracotta amphora gives the wine depth and concentration without masking the varieties' natural brightness and herbaceous edge.
Al di là del Fiume (beyond the river) is husband and wife Danila Mongardi & Gabriele Monte's wine label as part of a larger multifunctional biodynamic agricultural project just out side of Bologna, Emilia Romagna.
