This Chenin Blanc from Patrice Colin is from a vineyard slightly north of Vouvray in the Loire Valley. Patrice works his vines organically.
The area is known for it's flinty soils, producing energetic and pure wines.
Aromas of white flowers, citrus and baked apples. The palate is mineral a generous fruit and fresh acidity . A great wine to pair with fish, cheese or even as an aperitif.
