Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune

 This wine has a marked freshness underlined by slightly balsamic hints with herbaceous notes and light hints of black pepper. The nose evokes small red fruits (wild strawberries, cherries, raspberries). It is then associated with very subtle floral notes evoking violets. The palate is refreshing, carried by a salivating acidity, a nice touch and a fine structure.
