Chablis

Made from 15 to 55 years old vines grown on North and Northeasterly aspects. Fruit for
the Chablis comes from vines grown around Fleys close to the Domaine with some older vines here as well to build complexity. Made using 100% stainless steel.
Displays pure floral notes, which give way lemon and white stone fruit. Chalky minerality and freshness is accompanied by pure Chardonnay fruit. On the palate, this wine is a balance between elegance and roundness. In the finale the mineral details add
complexity and builds harmony.
