Cabernet Franc 2017
After his first vintage in 2012, Francois St-Lô quickly became a well known name in the world of natural wine. He cut his teeth apprenticing under Olivier Cousin in Loire before he bought an ancient ruin in the Anjou region of the Loire and began producing wines that are seriously unique, refreshing & more-ish.
François prefers to work with horses in the vineyards and all other work is done by hand. This Cabernet Franc from 80 year old vines macerates for 10 days in tank then 2 years in barrel before it's bottling a year prior to release. Nothing else added, just grapes at 12% abv.
