A skin contact blend mainly of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Riesling with a touch of Roussanne, and Viognier. Textural, spicy and savoury. Walks on the wild side yet still restrained. Gentle filtration and bottle maturation make this a soft, opulent style of amber wine.
