As one of the four pioneers of natural wine in Australia, Jauma has redefined the landscape of what is possible in wine in Australia. ‘Like Raindrops’ is a beautiful example of the music of old vine McLaren Vale Grenache being played in a different register and tempo. Fresh, bright, driven by acid and fresh fruit instead of oak and alcohol, this wine is like raindrops on the tongue. Grenache with a few buckets of shiraz heaved in. All organic, no fining, filtration or additions. Zero/Zero wine - zero additions; zero subtractions.
