JB calls this his Ferrari of his wines. Tempranillo from a majestic amphitheatre vineyard in Hope Forest, Adelaide Hills planted to a mixture of clay, alluvial rocks & sand.
The grapes are hand-picked & carbonically macerated for a week, then crushed & left for a day & pressed the following morning. The juice is then reductively fermented in stainless & barriques. Succulent, juicy and turbo energy. Funky fresh with watermelons, spice and Poulsard like features showing off. 11.5% abv
