Fruit source- Orange NSW. Cabernet Sauvignon was destemmed to open top fermenters keeping the whole berries intact. Lightly plunged daily and fermented on skins for 7 days before being pressed to old French barriques for maturation.

Progressive Cabernet Sauvignon, perfect for chilled red.
