This cuvee is from 40+ yr old vines and from 100% Gamay grown on limestone over clay. Deep velvet red colour with loads of raspberry and white pepper on the nose. Soft tannins, oak and cherry with balanced acidity. Drink lightly chilled with a roast chook.
