Les Vains is the story of two grape varieties, one from the North and the other from the South, which meet. The excuse, at the very beginning, was to associate an over-ripe grape variety with an under-ripe one. Today no more excuses for Patricia and Rémi Bonneton ...Les Vains 2020 is twirling, fluid, bursting with red fruits, flowers, pepper and endowed with a beautiful acidity. Decant at least 30 minutes before serving.
