Country: Australia
Format: 750ml

The Petit Verdot fruit comes from the same vineyard as the Mourvédre, the Watkins Family site in Langhorne Creek. It’s a limestone-rich site with 35-year-old vines. Whole branches of bunches are picked, placed in a fibreglass tank and sealed. After carbonic
fermentation, the wine is pressed to barrique for maturation. Anton’s Notes: The dark side of the moon envelopes you, a warm shiver of pleasure as the weighty liquid glides to your marrow. Nourishing!
