A blend of Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Scheurebe, Wurzer, Faber and Silvaner. Elevaged in old oak for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. The Muller Thurgau and Scheurebe both spent 2 weeks on skins, the other varieties were directly pressed. Tropical aromas transport me to Thailand. Lime and citrus zest. The palate shimmies with grapefruit, pawpaw and mango. Lifted acidity braced by fruit. A hint of earthy spice, salivating sunshine.
