After rediscovering himself as a winemaker after years in the restaurant scene in Brooklyn, New York. Laurent Saillard now produces wines just as beautiful as the ones he drank and poured in his restaurants.
Grolleau Noir, a little Grolleau Gris and Gamay from 40 year old vines. 11.5% abv for this wine that was made to be drunk quickly with friends. The Grolleau was harvested very ripe which brings the red berry fruit and the desire to drink this in the park, the Gamay adds a nice minerality and all the charm.
