The Sicilian variety Nero d'Avola thrives in the hot climate of South Australia` and offers up a supple rosé of strawberries & cream aromatics, raspberry and rosewater on the palate and a little herbaceous edge to keep everthing honed in. Fun in the sun this summer while it lasts.
