Assemblage carbonic maceration and direct pressed fruit, elevage in barrique and vat (50/50)
Red fruits, strawberries and cream. Textured. There’s depth to the fruit, which moves to blackcurrents, and a fine acid line. Cherries and a hint of spice, glycerine woven with the finest tannins. Addictively drinkable.
