Yarra Station Vineyard near Yarra Glen in the lower Yarra. 100% wholebunch wild ferment for carbonic extraction of colour, flavour and aroma. 11 days on skins, 8 months in puncheon for full, natural malo. No fining or filtration, no adds except a touch of SO2 at bottling.
