60% Shiraz from recently converted organic vineyards in McLaren Vale and 40% Pinot Gris. The Gris spent two weeks on skins before the shiraz whole bunches were thrown in the ferment and sealed up and gassed for 6 days. 

Chill this down and drink while it's hot & sunny.
