A single site, Germanic dry-style Riesling from the second highest altitude Riesling vineyard in Victoria: mature, unirrigated and close-planted vines on the Whitlands high plateau.
It’s giving crushed granite, mock orange, lemon blossom and sweetpea on the nose. A zesty and racy palate, with all the lemons and limes in a juice battle with that crushed rock minerality and arriving to a toothsome length due to a touch of balancing residual sugar.
