Blue Eyes

Three clones of gamay co-planted on the Eureka vineyard, facing East, on an old gold mine at Woodside. Leaning hard into whole bunch & carbonic maceration looking for crunchy strawberry freshness and taming the inherent structure of the variety grown on this quartz ridden heavy clay. The last thing we pick for the year, a young vineyard that has already survived bushfire and has such overwhelming promise as a great site in the Hills.
