Zibibbo or Moscato di Alessandria, is an aromatic variety of incredible finesse and elegance. This Zibibbo was fermented with 2 weeks maceration on skins and the result is a dry, full of character orange wine with wide flavour spectrum going from citrus (more candied and preserved rather than fresh zest) to spices. Opulent but fresh. Absolutely perfect with lots of Sicilian Arabic influenced dishes.
