Our delicious Nebbiolo Rosé, Ada, is back! This wine offers an elegant texture and mouthfeel, with aromas of strawberry, orange peel, and white blossom. On the palate, its crisp acidity brings a truly refreshing finish.

Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this Rosé began her journey amongst the honey hued trees of the high country. From there, she was pressed off skins, before fermenting and ageing on fine lees in neutral French oak over the winter, arriving here to make your acquaintance today.
