Pinot Noir from the Peters creek vineyard, one of the highest in the McLaren Vale GI. This vineyard straddles the Adelaide Hills and McLaren GI and is extremely cool and windy. A mixture of clones. It produces Pinot Noir of great depth. A mixture of de-stemmed and whole bunches, on skins for 2 weeks. Aged in a mixture of old french barrels and tank for 9 months. Not filtered or fined and minimal S02.

These wines are farmed and made in SA under the supervision of Dave Gartelmann, our long-time viticultural and winemaking consultant who has been instrumental in developing our relationships with excellent organic and biodynamic growers in South Australia, allowing us to source parcels of top quality fruit and bring it to market at a very reasonable price. The winemaking is strictly minimal intervention, with ageing on full lees, natural settling without fining or filtration and bottled with minimal sulphur.
