Clay-limestone. Three climates make up this cuvée: "Les Malpoiriers", "En la Barre"; south-east exposure and "Les Grands Charrons", a stony and warm place, south exposure.

Whole-cluster pressing with light settling followed by immediate barreling. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation in barrels. On lees, aged "in reduction" without racking, with riddling without SO2 for 13 months.

With fresh notes of peppermint, verbena, fruit (citron), and acacia blossom. It's a sunny wine with plenty of freshness. It is structured by pleasant bitterness which lend a certain savouriness with a lovely richness. It has all the characteristics to refine and become more complex with age.
