100% Syrah picked and pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel in our new cellar at Flaxman Valley, so nice days and cool nights giving us nice slow fermentation, helping to retain aromatics. The wine will also be cask aged in the future, helping to ass complexity. Bottled as a rose style, this has been a fun way to enjoy Shiraz from the Barossa Valley for a few years now. Pink wine. My favourite.
