Le Senter du Clou’ - one of the most sought-after Premier Cru’s by vignerons for its perfectly placed, mid slope, east-facing position with a very high limestone content.
Pale golden in colour with a complex floral nose of white lilac and white rose. Fruity aromas evolve with some air and making way to secondary aromas of hazelnut and almond. Very lively on the palate with a rich texture and roundness full of harmony.
Sustainable agriculture with harvesting by hand over a number of days with each plot selected on ripeness with strict sorting in the vineyards. The wine is fermented in oak barrels before 12 months ageing in oak, 25% new barrel. Bottled unfiltered.
