Chablis Premier Cru 'Mont de Milieu'

‘Mont de Milieu’ has very steep slopes and takes its name from its location, on a hill that once bounded a border between Burgundy and Champagne.
Made from 35 year old vines on a South Southwest aspect. Aged for 90% in stainless steel and 10% old oak.
