Bright and fragrant nose – typical Les Moulins. Freshly sliced apple and squeezed lime. Salty breeze and mineral imprint. So pure and wonderful to smell. Quite perky and zesty with lots of drive. Very fresh and uplifting. High acidity like all the 21's. Mouth-watering with heaps of tension, grip and pithy sensation on the finish. Zesty, tangy and electric! Delicious!
