The Bertrand-Delespierre Champagne is located in Chamery, in the Montagne
de Reims. Enfant de la Montagne Extra Brut NV is a meticulous blend of Premier
Crus: Pinot Noir (33%), Meunier (27%) and Chardonnay (40 %) The wine's base
comes from the 2021 vintage (60%) of the blend and 40% of reserve wines from
the 3 previous vintages. Aged "sur lattes" for 30 months. It was disgorged in July
2025 and dosed in Extra-Brut with 1 g/L.
