A blend of Barossa & Eden Valley Semillon, Riesling, Muscat, Macabeu and Pecorino. 90 year old vines, organically farmed with 7-13 days of skin contact. Known for being texturally rich, featuring notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a savoury, saline finish.
