A lovely round and gentle style, finely fruited and delicately structured, with nice dark spice, cold tea and earth, it's neither sweet nor heavy, it's vivid and alive with a lovely electric minerality.
"Chickens are funny, and Seals clap" In Spanish, it would be Gallines y Focas, or in English, Hens and Seals. Why? Why? Well, "let the kids play and get pleasure from work" is the motto of this project for the mentally handicapped and the kids do everything. They make the wine, they pick it, they hand squish it, they work the cap in open barrels, they pump it over ... and they got to name it, then design the label.
