Aziza Semillon

Fermented with indigenous yeasts this hand harvested Semillon is made without the use of additions or added preservatives.  Richie has really done well here, he's captured the fresh lemon, zest and floral perfume of the finest Hunter Semillon and thanks to a short passage in barrel the wine has extra dimension and complexity; this is a really delicious, fresh and captivating wine and shows perhaps more than any of his other wines, how far he has come as a winemaker!
