Still slightly reductive at first, this needs a few minutes in the glass to reveal a complex and fresh nose of minty herbs, herbal tea, spices, white peach and lime tree. The wine is superbly playful and energetic on the zesty and pure palate. There is lightness as in a fresh mountain water wrapped into beautiful spicy and salty finish. The after-taste is already off-dry to dryish in style rather than fully fruity.
