Phillip Hedderman, a Scottish winemaker, launched the Les Ciels Changeants project in 2022 after refining his skills in New Zealand, Burgundy, and building an impressive resume in renowned cellars such as Pascal Marchand, Domaine Dujac, David Croix, and Ata Rangi. Captivated by the Jura region, he settled in Nevy-Sur-Seille, where he crafts pure, terroir-driven Savagnin and Chardonnay with minimal intervention. Phillip also works under the mentorship of fellow Brix producer Damien Courbet.
