Patrick Sullivan has dedicated his career to Chardonnay and runs a number of old vine vineyards in Baw Baw Shire near the Strzelecki Ranges in Gippsland. The vineyards are all on volcanic soil, are managed biodynamically and are unirrigated. The wines are made with a focus on purity.
