From four plots of young vines planted by René and Agnès between 2000 and 2002 in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay and Beaulieu sur Layon. The soils are clay with gravel and schist. The grapes were slowly pressed in a pneumatic press then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. This wine is fresh and ideal to be drunk young.
