It's a charming Pinot Noir with a true varietal DNA. Rose water, cranberries, pomegranate juice with its tart and bitter edge, perfume of cloves and wet leaves. It's a savoury expression with wet forest floor, delicate sour berries, meaty/umami notes and lifted floral perfume. The aftertaste is full of lingering fine tannins, cinnamon and white pepper, even a hint of tobacco and peppermint. So very lithe, detailed and aromatically enticing.
