70% Grenache Noir and 30% Syrah, from old vines grown organically and planted on slightly sandy clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand harvested, with low yields of 19 hl/ha. Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 10 weeks of maceration… Made with the free run wine only! Aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the Estate without additives and above all no added sulphur!
