A blend of 40% Grenache Noir, 60% Syrah, from around 20-year-old vines grown organically and planted on slightly sandy clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand harvested, low yields. Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 10 weeks of maceration, 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled without any additives or added sulphur.
