'P.J. Dredge' by Dr. Edge are Vintage Traditional Method Sparkling wines. Picked, fermented, bottled and disgorged by hand. The 2020 Blanc de Noirs is a Tamar Valley single vineyard blend of Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier (4%) 

Tirage took place in June 2020, the wine was then left to develop in bottle on lees (yeast)  for 5 years. Disgorged 'Brut Nature' or 'Bone Dry' - February  2025. 

Don't be fooled by 'Brut Nature', this textural 'Prestige' Blanc de Noirs is ready for grand occasions now, or cellar for up to 5+ years.
