100% Carignan from 45 year old vines grown on clay and limestone in Gordes. The site is 200M above sea level. 15 days whole bunch, then aged in foudre for 10 months. Zero SO2. This is a new cuvée - the name comes from when they used to taste this wine during the covid lockdowns, and it tasted like a magic 'potion' with lots of energy.
