Cuvee Marguerite

33% Muscat Petit Grain, 33% Muscat d'Alexandrie and 33% Macabeu. From century-old vines planted at 300-400 metres altitude on schist and marl soils.  whole grape bunches are fermented in barrels, with indigenous yeasts, matured on lees for 6 months, with malolactic fermentation, and no filtering. Tom Lubbe and Gérard Gauby are brothers in law, and neighbours; Marguerite is the name of Nathalie Gauby’s grandmother.
