'Introspect' Field Blend

Strawberry, cherry, white flowers, mint, orange peel, aniseed, dried herbs, apricot. It's a riot of perfume and red fruits, it has a sappy sort of white wine acidity, but plenty of red fruits too, dusty and peppery tannin, juicy and succulent at once, a little bit of honey in the mix, bright acidity, and while it has a slightly confusing white wine vs red wine character, the overall effect is so charming and engaging.
