Fruit harvested in the cool of the morning, destemmed, crushed then pressed. The free run juice is fractioned, settled and fermented cool until dryness.

An excellent drinking experience here. A little looser than its Watervale cousin but has all the drinkability. Lime, green apple juice, perhaps a bit watery in a way, but the freshness is here. Key Lime pie and margarita also appear. Straightforward.
